Jason Hegstad
Jason, President, founded Cascadia Benefits Advisors after a career spent inside the health insurance industry, not just adjacent to it. He previously managed Medicare sales teams at two large insurance carriers and for a national agency. That background shapes how Cascadia works: Jason built Cascadia Benefits Advisors around the belief that people navigating Individual and family health insurance or Medicare plan decisions deserve someone who actually understands the regulations, not just someone reading from a script. He's based in the northwest and has been serving members in the region since 2009.
